Christians In Public Service is rooted in the teachings of Jesus and focused on helping leaders grow in character, wisdom, maturity, and courage for public life.
We serve public officials, emerging leaders, and citizens who want to better understand public life and take part in it with integrity, respect, and a genuine regard for the dignity of others.
Through teaching, writing, civic education, events, and conversation, we help people think more deeply about how we lead, serve, disagree, make decisions, and live together. Our goal is to encourage a public life shaped not only by strong leadership, but by wisdom, character, and respect for the people we share it with.

Leadership development focuses on skills. What sets us apart is our focus on “leadership formation,” the human element of leadership: character, judgment, temperament, maturity, and how people experience us when we lead.
