Christians In Public Service is rooted in the teachings of Jesus and focused on helping leaders grow in character, wisdom, maturity, and courage for public life.
We serve public officials, emerging leaders, and citizens who want to better understand public life and take part in it with integrity, respect, and a genuine regard for the dignity of others.
We do this through teaching, writing, civic education, and events, real conversations, not talking points. If you lead, serve, or simply want to engage public life with more integrity than the moment usually rewards, you're in the right place.

Leadership development focuses on skills. What sets us apart is our focus on “leadership formation,” the human element of leadership: character, judgment, temperament, maturity, and how people experience us when we lead.
