The CIPS Leadership Collective ("The Collective")  was created because truth is being twisted in public life and leaders are carrying weight the public never see or can understand.

Christianity is being misrepresented in politics. Scripture is being misused. And many who love Christ are longing for clarity that is biblical, not political.

At the same time, serving in government, leadership, or public space today comes with three heavy burdens.

1. Exhaustion
Not just long hours. Soul exhaustion. Leading in environments filled with anger, misinformation, betrayal, and constant pressure drains even the strongest among us.

2. Isolation
We can be surrounded and still alone. We can't speak freely. Every word is watched. Every intention questioned. Every mistake magnified. Carrying all of that in silence takes its toll.

3. Moral grief

Watching character collapse in public life hurts. Integrity has become rare. Honor is mocked. Many of us feel like strangers in systems where truth used to matter. Doing right often makes you the odd one out.

This is why The  Collective exists.

And let this be clear about who we are.

We are not culture warriors. We are truth seekers.  We are not nationalists. We are a collage of Kingdom-rooted people and leaders in community operating from a place of biblical clarity.

The Collective stands in the opposite space of Christian nationalism. The opposite is not liberal or moderate or progressive Christianity.

The opposite is biblical discipleship that refuses to merge Jesus with political power.

It is biblical literacy, not political loyalty.  Humility over dominance.  Service over control.  Truth over propaganda.  Christ over party.

This is the lane we walk. And we invite you to join us!

Inside The Collective you will find biblical teaching, answers, encouragement, opportunity to share experiences and answers with others who lead and serve;  spiritual grounding, clarity, encouragement, and community for leaders and truth seekers who want to follow Christ faithfully in a loud, chaotic political culture. 

A place where you can breathe. A place where your soul can be strengthened. A place where courage and integrity still matter.
