The CIPS Leadership Collective is a community for those who serve in public life. It brings together elected officials, appointed leaders, and those working in civic institutions who want their faith to shape their character, judgment, and leadership.
Public leadership is demanding. Decisions are scrutinized. Pressure is constant. In this environment many leaders want to remain grounded in Scripture and guided by conscience, yet few spaces exist where they can reflect honestly and think clearly about the responsibilities they carry.
Inside the Collective, leaders find biblical teaching handled carefully, ethical reflection rooted in Scripture, and thoughtful conversation about the real pressures of leadership. It is a place to pray honestly, listen carefully, and engage questions that cannot be addressed in public forums or political environments.
WHO THIS IS FOR
The Collective is designed for leaders who:
• Serve in public institutions or community leadership
• Hold elected or appointed positions
• Make decisions that affect the lives of others
• Want to lead with integrity in environments that can be adversarial
• Are weary of faith being pulled into partisan conflict
• Want biblical clarity without political messaging
This is not a political organization, a partisan space, or a platform for culture wars.
The Leadership Collective is formational, not reactionary. It exists to help leaders remain faithful in their calling, thoughtful in their decisions, and grounded in character while navigating the pressures of public life.
We are not culture warriors. We do not baptize political power. We do not confuse loyalty to Christ with loyalty to a party or ideology.
The Collective is shaped by biblical discipleship, spiritual formation, and leadership modeled on the life and teachings of Jesus Christ.
Participation in the CIPS Leadership Collective is intended for those currently serving in public life or leadership roles in civic institutions. If that describes your work, we invite you to request to join below.
