The CIPS Leadership Collective is a supportive community for people who work, serve, and lead in public spaces, including community leaders and elected or appointed officials.
Public leadership is demanding. Decisions are scrutinized. Pressure is constant. Faith is often misunderstood, misused, or pushed to the margins.
Many leaders want to serve with integrity but have few places where they can think clearly, pray honestly, and stay grounded without performing for an audience or parroting political lines.
The Collective exists to provide biblical grounding, ethical clarity, and steady encouragement for those serving in public life.
This is a space for leaders who want Scripture handled carefully, not weaponized. Leaders who want faith to shape character, judgment, and conduct, not be used as a tool for power, access, or image.
The Collective serves people who:
This is not a political organization, a partisan space, nor a platform for culture wars.
The Collective is formational, not reactionary. Inside The Collective you will find biblical teaching rooted in Scripture, ethical reflection for real leadership challenges, a steady voice in the midst of noise, and space to process pressure without being exposed.
We are not culture warriors. We do not baptize political power. We do not confuse loyalty to Christ with loyalty to a party or ideology.
The Collective is shaped by biblical discipleship, spiritual formation, and leadership modeled after the life and teachings of Jesus Christ.

CIPS is a 501 (c)(3) non-profit, non-denominational, organization. Contributions are tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law.
