Christians In Public Service is rooted in the teachings of Jesus and committed to helping leaders grow in character, wisdom, maturity, and courage for public life.
We serve public officials, emerging leaders, and citizens who want to understand public life more deeply and engage it with integrity, respect, and a commitment to the dignity of others.
Through teaching, writing, civic education, events, and conversation, we create opportunities for people to think more deeply about how we lead, serve, disagree, make decisions, and live together.

Leadership development focuses on skills. What sets us apart is our focus on “leadership formation,” the human element of leadership: character, judgment, temperament, maturity, and how people experience us when we lead.
