Dorothy Burton is an empowerment teacher, lay Christian counselor, speaker, and a recognized expert in authentic faith within public servant leadership, ethics, and truth in the public arena.
Her core belief is that truth, character, and integrity in leadership still matter—because the well-being of the people still matters.
Dorothy believes that Christianity and representative democracy can and must coexist in America, recognizing that the government is meant to serve everyone—those of faith and those without. Dorothy’s mission is to empower and inspire leaders, emerging leaders, and those serving in the public sphere, helping them achieve optimal personal growth and enhanced effectiveness at the individual, organizational, and team levels.
With deep insight and wisdom from decades of experience in public servant leadership, Dorothy provides guidance and counsel to leaders in crisis and helps navigate complex relational and organizational challenges.
