We are a Christ-centered resource and work hard to be a source of encouragement, education and a place of trust—a network of people, culturally engaged, politically and culturally diverse. We believe in community because Jesus did.

We believe we are not called to fight culture but in community, engage culture with love, humility and integrity. Our goal is to build, not divide and to connect by facilitating a return to civil discourse and optimism.

• FOR PUBLIC SERVANTS: Our initial calling and foundation. Recognizing the unique needs and challenges of public servants, we offer targeted programming, exclusive access to the CIPS C.A.R.E. Team and to our "Connecting With The Team" page, offering a support system tailored to the unique challenges of those who serve, lead and govern.

• NON-PUBLIC SERVANTS:  We acknowledge that life is complex. Our country is divided. More of us feel isolated, burdened, confused, and want to plug in, but where? Who can we trust anymore? Us! We are an organization that has worked hard to build our reputation for integrity and we understand that as a trusted resource, we must earn trust every day. Every social media post. Every event. 

Weekly inspiration. Engaging online content and events. We want to be that source of truth, light, encouragement, engagement, friendship, relationships and where loving our neighbor is the norm.

In today's polarized climate, rigid ideological divides often hinder dialogue. At CIPS, we are dedicated to fostering spaces where meaningful conversations can happen. We encourage understanding, education, interaction, and participation as foundations for a healthier democracy.

We have offered, offer, and will offer various opportunities for community engagement through in-person and virtual platforms.
